‘Compound Customers’ The 9th Wonder of the World
An example of this is if you were to take $10,000.00 and invest it at the age of 21 years old into a high yield mutual fund that got 18% return annually. You would have $1,029,665.00 by the time you are 49 years old. That is a dramatic example of how compound interest works. If all you ever did was to beg, borrow or steal $10,000.00 from a friend or relative or whoever at 21 years old. Then took that amount and bought a good mutual fund you would be a millionaire before your 50th birthday. It is so simple that most of our society just misses this powerful ‘8th Wonder of the World’.
Well if you missed the ‘8th Wonder of the World’ don’t worry or be disappointed because I have one that is even more powerful and you have even more control over the odds working out in your favor. What I am talking about is ‘Compound Customers’, which is the ‘9th Wonder of the World’
When you are a company that Wow’s your customers and you have all your little service silver bullets ready to help your customer become a Cheerleading Customers you will build your customer list in a compounding way. You literally get your customers to do your advertising for you and they get the best service and value of any company they have ever used. It is a win/win that just keeps on giving.
Most companies do not have the faith to give this ‘9th Wonder of the World’ enough time to develop. Approximately 90% of companies will not even bother to train their employees to Wow their customers or Exceed the Customer Expectations. Another 8% of companies try a little bit of Exceeding Customer Expectations but do not have the faith to give it enough time for it to start to develop into the ‘9th Wonder of the World’.
Let me tell you that you must Wow your customers and Exceed their Expectations, keep the faith and miracles will happen in your business GUARATEED 100% every time. In any business faith and Exceeding Customer Expectations is a marketing heavy weight strategy that will explode the sales in your company.
There are starting to be more companies who actually stop advertising all together and put that same money into training their employees to give the best customer experience ever. Of course once this happens to a customer they become your unpaid salespeople. They win because of the better customer experience and you win because you attract way more customers magnetically.
So now you are ready to do your fishing, planting and sowing. Each day you are fishing for a few new customers that you can plant and sow your customer service miracle magic into. Each customer has the possibility of any number of options for return but the neat thing is there is no down side, only up side. I have to calm down now I am starting to get too excited.
The worst-case scenario would be your customer has no friends but you will have them as a customer for life because that is your intention. The best-case scenario is limitless possibilities.
- The customer belongs to an organization that has 2000 members that would love to have a company like yours doing all the work for their members
- The customer comes from a large family of 75 close relatives that always use the companies that she/he recommends
- The customer is moving there home and business and you have business from each transaction
- The customer has been waiting all her life to deal with a company like yours and gives you a $500.00 tip. This happens in my company.
- The customer has contact with Oprah Winfrey and wants to do a story on the best customer service companies and because of your exposure on her show you end up with 5000 new customers.
All of this translates into you building your list bigger and bigger. I can’t take it anymore I have to go lay down now. That’s better, lets carry on now.
As exciting as this sounds I have not brought in the compounding part of the equation yet. This is all base level initial investment into Compound Customers. The limitless possibilities of the above customers are each generating new customers that have that same limitless possibilities. I don’t know at this point how to calculate how big your organization could grow because it is limitless.
With the ‘8th Wonder of the World’ it is simple math. With the ‘9th Wonder of the World’ all that you have to do is apply is the best customer service and experience and it will grow exponentially. One customer can mean 10 or even hundreds of new customers. When you really think about it this is why most companies don’t make it. They turn off one customer with substandard or poor customer service and this experience which can choke of a channel of hundreds of customers and before they know it they have no one in town that really wants to do business with them.
When you impress or WOW a customer they will tell at least 3 new customers on average. On the other hand if you do one small thing that a customer is not happy about and you don’t rectify it to their satisfaction quickly you can turn off 24 potential customers. This would be how many people customers tell about your company if they are not happy. Multiply the compounding effect of that and you can wipe out a large city quite rapidly. That just doesn’t sound like a lot of fun but it happens quite often. It is usually camouflaged by the out of business owners whining comments like it is a cutthroat business or all the customers want is the cheapest price.
While these Stupid and Broke Village Idiots are singing their victim songs others companies and ours are tallying up huge successes. It is your obligation to become one of the wealthy, healthy and successful ones.
Remember ‘What You Focus On Grows’ and by just focusing on Wowing your customer and creating customer cheerleaders will bring you truly miraculous returns. I have seen small companies go from $200,000.00 per year to $3,000,000.00 in a short amount of time just working with this powerful strategy.
All as it takes is the faith to keep Exceeding Customers Expectations”

Large revenue increases like I just mentioned don’t even include how much larger and faster your customer list will grow.
