The Law Of Attraction is a universal law and simply stated it’s definition is this:

‘You attract into your life that which you give attention to’

Just like our website’s name is “What You Focus On Grows’. I could get into all kinds of deeper definitions of this Law and I will in other articles but for now want to keep it simple in how it can help you in your business..

By focusing your thoughts on certain areas of your business you will quickly manifest into the material world the objects of your thoughts. Sounds easy doesn’t it? It is but we still have a major portion (about 95%) of our businesses going broke even when this information is so readily available.. How come?

Once again it is a simple answer. We have about 60,000 to 90,000 thoughts daily. Most of these thoughts are the same thoughts we thought yesterday and the day before. These thoughts are programmed into us by our parents, teachers, coaches, TV etc. and become an unconscious beliefs and habitual thoughts.

Now this is good news if you were programmed with thoughts such as:

1. Making money in a business is easy
2. I attract money like a magnet
3. I always have more money left over at the end of the month then I need
4. I can afford whatever I want
5. It is a very abundant and prosperous universe

Now it probably is bad news for you if your programmed thoughts are:

1. It is a real struggle to make any money in business today
2. It always seems like I am short of money
3. I am always short of money at the end of the month.
4. I can’t afford that
5. It is a dog eat dog universe.

If you have the bad news thoughts you merely have to identify them and start to change them. These thoughts are habits and habits can be changed if you can identify them and have a true desire to change your life for the better. When you change your thoughts your results will change with them because you are the sum total of your thoughts.

As you change a belief and thought you will begin to see a different world. If for instance your thought was once that all your customers just want the cheapest price, change your thought to all your customers are looking for the best value for their money which means you can charge more money.

Once you change your thought to that reality you will start to see this more because we create our own reality. We don’t see the world as it is but we see it as we are. So have thoughts of what you want to see manifest in your business. If you want to see more money coming in just start to focus on how nice it is to have all this money coming into your business everyday.

Now I have talked to some business owners who say they have tried this and it doesn’t work. Of coarse if that is what they believe that will be their reality.

As Henry Ford said;

‘Whether you believe you can or can’t do something, you are right.’

What we believe we get and in fact what ever we believe in we have a prover that will seek out the truth of that belief.

I always like to tell the simple little story about how my wife and I perceive other drivers. She sees others drivers as discourteous and bad drivers and tells me the stories to prove her belief. I on the other hand see the other drivers as very courteous and good drivers. Here is where it gets interesting because when we are driving in the same car she will point out someone who has just cut me off and will get angry.

I on the other hand did not see a person cutting me off. I maybe saw a person changing lanes and didn’t have a problem with them. So this begs the question about who is right. Are the drivers out there good or bad drivers? We are both right and it is all a matter of what you believe because you create your own reality.

I have to ask though what reality would you rather live in? A world view reality with angry and bad drivers or one of courteous and good drivers? This is the same choice you make in any area of your life or business because you are the creator. This is one of the most important universal laws for you to grasp because once it is understood your life and business opportunities will have limitless possibilities.

Where most people run into problems with this universal law is that they spend their time thinking about what they don’t want. They worry about not being able to pay the bills so that is what they manifest and that is what keeps coming up in their lives. If they don’t want to keep running short of money for their bills each month they should not give that circumstance any thought.  Turn your attention to what you do want instead.

If you like what you see mirrored back to you then keep those thoughts but if you don’t then tackle that belief and start to focus on what you do want because’ What You Focus On Grows’
