Amazing Business Success Secret
The business success secret you are about to learn is probably the best one you will ever use. It’s powerful, easy to implement, and produces immediate, in-the-moment results. Better yet, I can guarantee less than .01% of your competitors know about it (and if they do, they’re probably not using it).
Ready?
The secret is “love your customers.”
Yes, it’s true. The secret behind my own success in business, and that of so many people who are at the top of their fields is to send loving thoughts to everyone you interact with. You might be thinking, “Certainly he doesn’t mean everyone.” Oh, yes I do. Even the most disgruntled customers can be converted to adoring fans when you employ this secret genuinely and consistently.
Get Amazing Responses From Your Customers
Loving your customers is a technique used by the most successful people in the world, in every field. Take Barbara Walters for example. A pioneer in television and one of the most revered journalists of all time, Barbara Walters is famous for her ability to get the interviews no one else can get. And once she gets the interview, she is able to get answers to the tough and often intimate questions no one else is even allowed to ask.
How does she do it? She loves the people she is interviewing. In an interview with Barbara Walters, a reporter asked her how she got the sought-after interviews, and was able to ask so many unrestricted questions. In her reply she explained that when she interviews someone, in the back of her mind she says, “I love you” over and over.
Barbara Walters radiates love, and her guests know it. In a sense, the people she is interviewing are her customers, and boy is she loving them. This method creates an almost instant feeling of trust in them, so much so that many celebrities are surprised at what they are willing to reveal to her, that they would not reveal to anyone else.
This business success secret is based on the law of attraction – what you give out is what you give back. When you give love to your customers, they will give it back to you in the form of payment, testimonials, referrals and loyalty. And that my friend, is how you build a successful business.
Convert Unhappy Customers Into Your Biggest Fans
I have a story that illustrates the power of this method. I used this technique and others to create a successful home repair business. My company was so successful in fact we were able to set up franchises. We taught the “love your customers” technique to our franchisees as part of their training, knowing it would get them fantastic results.
One day I received a call from one of my franchisees. He was having a few challenges in the customer service department. Let’s call him “Tim.” He was new to the business, and so had focused on the nuts and bolts of business, rather than the strategies we had given him to attract customers, and keep them happy.
Tim was having trouble finishing jobs. He was overwhelmed, and stuck in a no-win situation. One of his customers had told him he had to finish the job by the end of the day, or he shouldn’t bother coming back. Another customer expected additional work for the same price he had quoted.
I helped Tim to focus on the business success strategies we had taught him in the training, and even told him the story about Barbara Walters. Tim began silently saying “I love you” and a few other affirmative, loving statements when interacting with his two disgruntled customers. Immediately, and I do mean immediately, both customers changed their tunes.
The customer who told him not to come back if he did not finish the job that day was so happy with Tim’s work, he gave him an unsolicited $1,000 advance on future work. Tim’s other challenging customer soon became his biggest cheerleader. Needless to say, Tim was blown away, and very quickly made loving his customers a daily habit.
So, how do you put this important, life-changing business success secret into action?
Five Ways to Implement the Secret to Business Success:
1. Get Creative With The Love
While silently saying, “I love you” will work wonders, there are a number of blessings you could offer your customers that will foster the same goodwill. Jot down a few phrases that will send good vibes, but are also short so you can recall them easily.
Remember, you are sending loving thoughts to your customer, not trying to get them to do your bidding. So no commands, no pleas, and no wishes. Just pure love. Here are few suggestions:
• I am so grateful to be working with such a nice customer as Mrs. _____.
• I really enjoy working with you.
• Bless Mrs. _______ she is so nice.
• Bless Mr. _______. He is the best customer I have.
2. Get Into The Habit
The technique only works if you use it, so it’s important that you make a habit of it. The best way to do this is to piggyback it with other habits you have, or with regular daily activities. For example, you could say “I love you” in your head every time the phone rings and every time you make a call, or every time you send or receive an email from a customer.
Another way to send loving thoughts and blessings to your customers is to doodle it on a notebook while you talk on the phone. You might also try writing it on a post-it note and placing it on proposals until you send them out. Once you get started, you will most likely come up with several little ways you can incorporate loving your customers throughout the day.
3. Send Love To Everyone
In business, everyone is a potential customer. In life, almost anyone may hold the key to advancing your business even further. Even disgruntled customers, disinterested vendors, and unwilling creditors will miraculously become your staunchest allies when you send them loving thoughts.
So, do not pick and choose to whom you send love. You cannot overdose on giving love, and since you always get back what you send out, it can only be to your benefit. When you say, “I love you” to everyone you meet, doors will open to you that were previously closed.
4. Send Love to Everything
Not every interaction with your customer is face to face or on the phone. Whatever you send your customers, whether it is emails, mailings, products, or proposals, send love to it, so it can pass on to your customers. Sure, they are not there to feel your good vibrations, but it notifies the Universe of your intention, which eventually comes through to your customer.
This applies to other areas of your business as well. Filling out line of credit applications, writing an article for marketing purposes, or even pasting on shipping labels – all opportunities to send love out that will guarantee your business success.
5. Give Extra Love to What You Desire Most – And What You Already Have
We all have goals we are working toward; dreams we would like to see realized. Take a few moments each day to send loving thoughts to what you desire most. If you are having trouble wrapping your brain around this one, think of sending loving thoughts to you, once your dream of business success is realized. Envision yourself experiencing the achievement, and send love to that person you intend to be.
One of the surest ways to achieve the life and business of your dreams is to live in gratitude for the life you are currently living. You can build on your prayers of thanks by sending loving thoughts to your business, staff, family, etc. This one is very simple to do. Begin by saying (in your head or out loud), “I love my life.”
This not-so-average business success secret works because more than anything, people want to be loved. Remember the Beatles song, “All You Need Is Love?” Your customers will give you what you need, because you are giving them what they need most. Love.
Above all, do not forget that love is a verb. Loving your customers begins with sending loving thoughts, blessings, and affirmations to them in your head, but it does not stop there. Loving your customers also means treating them with respect, exceeding their expectations, and making sure they are 100% satisfied.
The beauty of this secret is it costs nothing to implement, and can only have positive results. Imagine what your life would be like if you were so busy sending loving thoughts to everyone, you had no time for negative thinking? It doesn’t take long to figure out, that for a person who dwells in love, success is not only possible; it’s inevitable.
